Amy Poliero is an American multimedia artist currently working in London. Inspired by applications of physics and mathematics in everyday life, she focuses on themes of interconnectedness, environment, and perception. Her work invites viewers into a world devoid of time and scale by combining the atmospheric qualities of romantic art with geometric forms reminiscent of a physics textbook. 

Her process is intuitive, allowing her planned compositions to evolve organically in the studio through material experimentation. There is curiosity in every step of the work that is evident in the outcome, inviting the audience to consider higher dimensions, quantum phenomena, and the possibility of extraterrestrial life. 

She also reflects on complexity and human progress, informed by authors such as Margaret Atwood, H.G. Wells, and Cixin Liu, as well as contemporary writing on physics and the sublime.
